South east Essex Mental Health Wellbeing and Crisis Cafe Service

NHS Southend Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Castle Point and Rochford Clinical Commissioning Group and Southend-on-Sea Borough Council ('the Contracting Authorities') invite suitably qualified service providers to tender for a South-east Essex Mental Health Wellbeing and Crisis Café Service.
