CP1898-20 -Devon Solar PV collective purchasing scheme for Domestic Customers

DCC are wishing to procure an experienced and independent expert to facilitate collective purchasing schemes (arranging a groups of consumers into a collective purchasing arrangement which will deliver reduced costs) for solar PV and storage installations.
