Gentoo Group will soon be approaching the market to procure a number of Framework Providers to assist in its pledge to bring all of its 28,000 properties to a minimum EPC rating of "C". Survey works are currently ongoing to assess the current condition of Gentoo stock and to recommend future works necessary to upgrade the properties.
