Electronic Payments and Associated Services

The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to provide electronic payment services and debt management solutions for PfH Members. The framework will enable PfH Members to offer their customers a range of payment options in relation to rent, council tax, penalty charges, sundry debts and other sundries and associated payments.
