RMBC - ZC - Tenant Satisfaction Survey - AWARD

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has introduced Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) which all social landlords need to start collecting from April 2023. The perception based TSMs must be collected through a tenant survey which is compliant with the TSM methodology and technical requirements.
