Support Programme for the South Wales Police Representative Workforce

The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales serves a local population of 1.3 million people, 6.7% of whom are from Black and Minority Ethnic backgrounds (BME). However just 2.2% of our police officers are from BME backgrounds. We are working to address this under-representation so that we can better serve our diverse communities.
