The Council is looking for an organisation to lead a community research project in Ward End, that would collect local data and mobilise local residents around several large infrastructure projects planned for Ward End (Cole Valley Improvement and the Dolphin Centre Phase II) and a raft of soft projects looking to decrease local unemployment in East Birmingham and boost local entrepreneurship.
