Works involve the excavation, exposure, preparation, protection and joint/carriageway reinstatement of 4no. bridge half joints (each 12.3m in length) on Woodhouse Inn Viaduct on the A57 near Worksop, Nottinghamshire. Protection of the joints involves the installation of a hybrid/galvanic anode system.
