Provision of Design Centre Demolition at the University of Sunderland - AWARD

The University of Sunderland is seeking to appoint a single (Principal) contractor to undertake the demolition and asbestos removal of the Design Centre, a three-storey office building with partial basement (plant room). The estimate start date is May 2022. The demolition contractor shall be responsible for statutory obligations with Highways for any temporary diversions.
