This Framework Agreement is to support NEPO Member and Associate Member Authorities with the provision of an early payment scheme, offered on a modular basis applicable either to authorities without an existing early payment scheme wishing to both implement and operate the early payment scheme or authorities who wish to continue to operate an early payment scheme.
