GB-Watford: Valuation Surveys - Operational Assets

The Council (WBC) requires a valuation of its Property & Land assets in connection with Capital Accounting rules for the financial years 2023/24. WBC is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified firm of independent valuers with the relevant skills, experience, local market knowledge and resources to undertake this task.
