Cafe/Pavilion Project

Horley Town Council will be engaging contractors by way of a public tender to design and build a pavilion/cafe in the Horley Recreation Ground. The council has already conducted a public survey and will shortly be at a stage to take the project forward to a formal tender stage for (i) design and build and (ii) concessionaire catering agreement to run the cafe.
