Bus Passenger Survey: Autumn 2018 - Spring 2020

To measure the journey experience of bus passengers by means of a market research survey. Coverage is primarily England, outside of London, but can also extend to Scotland and Wales. The Bus Passenger Survey was first undertaken by Transport Focus (Passenger Focus at the time) in 2009 with limited coverage, but has since grown to become the recognised measure of bus passenger satisfaction.
