Response Repairs & Relets Framework Bristol City Council is seeking to tender 4 contracts for carrying out works to its housing stock and associated land. This includes 2x contracts for response repairs and minor works (1 North, approx. 14,100 dwellings, 1 south approx. 13,500 dwellings), 2x contracts for works to relet properties (1 North, 1 South, maximum approx. 3000 properties per year).
