North Essex Heritage - Jumbo Water Tower - Quantity Surveyor Procurement - AWARD

This procurement is for the commissioning of a Quantity Surveyor for the Development and Delivery Phase of the proposed Jumbo Water Tower Project in Colchester. Colchester and North East Essex Building Preservation Trust (North Essex Heritage) is planning a careful conservation to the current architectural elements whilst helping to provide both a commercial and public use for the presently unutilised water tower.
