Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP) wishes to set up a Panel for Damp & Mould Works and Strategic Complex Voids across 2 LOTS to support the SHP repairs team, working in partnership to deliver excellent service to residents. There could be up to five contactors on each panel.\r \r This is an opportunity to work with the SHP repairs team, delivering higher value complex repairs that would not be picked as routine reactive and void works.
