The proposed project will see the existing building refurbished to Cat A fit-out. The Bury Park Community Centre is a two storey building on the Dunstable Road to the north west of Luton town centre. Bury Park Community Centre is fronted onto the Dunstable Road in the northeast and the main vehicular access to the site is off Avondale Road in the southwest.
