The Council's requirement under this Contract is for Managing agent for private rented residential property. Thurrock Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified private rented sector managing agent on behalf of its wholly owned development company Thurrock Regeneration Limited (TRL) to support its growing private rental portfolio.
