Procurement of a New Webcasting Provider for Democratic Services

The council is looking to procure a new webcasting provider that shall enable council meetings taking place in the council chamber and the cabinet suite (meeting rooms 1, 2 and 3) to be broadcast to the public. The webcasting system shall allow for hybrid meetings where some attendees are physically in the council chamber or cabinet suite, while others are attending virtually via the council's current virtual meetings platform Cisco WebEx Meetings.
