Provision of Integrated Tier 2 and Tier 3 Adult Weight Management Service

Hertfordshire County Council (the 'Council') are currently out to procurement for the commissioning of an integrated Adult Weight Management service which provides a single point of entry for patients who are eligible for Tier 2 and Tier 3 Adult Weight Management services across Hertfordshire.
