GB-High Wycombe: Revenues and Benefits Remote Processing Support

The Council invites Tenders to provide the following processing services via the Northgate revenues and benefits system: Revenues processing (council tax and business rates ~ occupations/vacations; instalment requests) Benefit processing (change in circumstances, new claims, ATLAS income from earnings, memo messages between Council Tax, Customer Service and Benefits, and incoming emails).
