Building Surveyor advice

This was a Direct Award via Crown Commercial Services Framework - RM6165 The supplier is required to undertake pre-acquisition surveys of properties to be acquired for infrastructure schemes. The condition surveys are visual only and 'non-intrusive' but look at the fabric, structure and services and highlighting any identified needs for repair and any potential issues, hazardous defects including any recommendations for further investigation. Full details and photographs are to be included in reports.
