Black Country Impact - Introduction to Customer Services - AWARD

Service provider will be required to deliver a course aimed at 16-29 year olds not in employment, education or training (NEET) who have an interest in seeking employment in the Customer Services industry. Service provider will provide a Customer Services programme which will give participants the knowledge, understanding and experience of dealing with customers in any environment or to recognise existing good practice, to assist them in this area of work.
