Tender for a Contact centre for 5 May 2016 elections; and for the referendum on the United Kingdom’s membership of the European Union

The Electoral Commission would like to procure a contact centre provider to: • manage enquiries that are generated as a result of the public awareness campaign it is running ahead of the elections scheduled to take place on 5 May 2016; and • manage enquiries that are generated as a result of the public awareness campaign it will run ahead of the EU Referendum which will take place at some point before 31 December 2017.
