Floating Housing Related Support For Disabilities

Warwickshire County Council is looking for a single provider or a consortia bid to provide county wide a short term Housing Related Floating Support service for Warwickshire Customers with disabilities, aged 16 and above. The Service will support them to stay in their own homes or work towards living in their own homes.
