Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply & delivery of various types of material used in highway construction and maintenance. The initial Framework Agreement period is 2 years; the Framework Agreement is estimated to commence 16th October 2023 and expire 15th October 2025.
