T0582 Performance of safety barrier with under non-EN1317 compliant impact conditions

This is a combined project with two main tasks, aimed at investigating the following: 1. the performance of safety barrier systems when impacted by vehicles not currently included within the scope of the European testing standard for road restraint systems (EN 1317).
