The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking to procure and award a Contract for the supply of polythene waste and recycling sacks and bags. This opportunity is comprised of 2 separate lots. Lot 1 is for the provision of domestic recycling bags, market waste bags, and market street residents' waste bags.
