The scope of this requirement is to appoint a service provider that is responsible for promptly moving buses and other vehicles that cause an obstruction in the carriageway due to mechanical failure, in the busy central London area. The requirement will be managed by Centre Comm which is located with Surface Transports Traffic and Operations Centre.
