Provision of Management Development Training Programme

Bury Council has circa 440 managers and are seeking to adopt a mandatory programme of management development. It is anticipated that managers would attend in cohorts over a 3-year period, the exact approach and phasing of delivery would be agreed with the appointed providers and amended periodically based on feedback.
