NHS National Framework Agreement — Home Delivery Service — Pulmonary Hypertension. The framework agreement is intended for use by NHS Trusts who are prescribing for Pulmonary Hypertension in England. The delivery location will usually be the patient's home. Patients may live anywhere in the UK.
