Warm Homes Support the Vulnerable scheme - Home energy visits

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea through the Climate Change Team would like to commission an organisation to deliver a home energy programme entitled “Warm Homes Support the Vulnerable”. Therefore, the Council invites tenders from suitably and experienced organisations to deliver the new home energy visits scheme.
