The Community Skills and Enterprise Project (CS&E) is one of five priority projects identified in the Town Investment Plan (TIP). The aim of the CS&E is to enhance the adult education offered in the city by expanding inclusive training facilities at existing community centres with a focus on teaching vocational skills.
