A Contractor is required to undertake kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works at Harrison Court, West Mersea, which is a sheltered housing scheme for older people. The works are programmed to take place in a six month period as a continuous programme with each flat being refurbished in 3 weeks all as the detailed programme supplied with the tender package.
