GB-Southend on Sea: M1819-19 High Rise External Window Cleaning Contract

The works comprise of external window cleaning twice yearly to thirteen tower blocks within the Borough of Southend On Sea to all flats, communal windows including landings, smoke lobbies, ground floor stores etc. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
