Bright Residential for Children (BR4C)

Warwickshire County Council wished to commission a provider to provide initially 14 units (beds) of accommodation and support for children and young people in smaller non-institutional domestic settings, located within the county of Warwickshire at locations to be agreed with the Commissioner.
