Procurement of Highways Infrastructure Asset Management System to provide Gazetteer, Networks and Asset Register, highway inspections, performance management, streetworks register, works ordering, customer service, financial management and GIS application. The Council will be using the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) evaluation criteria which will allow us to consider best functional fit, quality, and whole life cost accordingly.
