GB-Watford: Waste Bin Labelling Services

Watford Borough Council (WBC) is seeking a supplier to provide, print and post out labels to residents for their resident requested waste service. The contract is for an initial 3 years with optional extensions, at the discretion of the Council, of up to a further 2 years. 5 years in total. This is a service-based contract.
