SCC APC Provision of Local Assistance Domestic Goods - AWARD

Surrey County Council (“the Council”) through the Local Assistance Scheme (LAS) provides emergency financial assistance to Surrey residents who are unable to meet the needs of them self or their dependants. The Scheme also provides or replaces essential household items if a resident cannot afford to do this.
