Soft Market Test - Tipping and Waste

Sheffield City Council, (SCC), is currently looking to carry out a Soft Market Test (SMT) in relation to provision of Tipping and Waste Facilities. The council has a requirement outside of the Domestic Waste arrangements to dispose of a number of different waste streams.
