GB-Thaxted: Shortlisting for Residential property demolition & construction, Thaxted

Uttlesford District Council own the site on which currently two semi-detached bungalows are situated. The planned works for the scheme are for the demolition of existing properties and the construction of a new 2-bedroom, 3 person adapted bungalow. The scheme is being constructed for an identified incoming tenant and incorporates the recommendations of an Occupational Therapist.
