We wish to conduct an evaluation of the Heritage Grants projects funded under HLF's 3rd Strategic Plan (SP3), which ran from December 2008 to March 2013. Under SP3 HLF awarded over £964m to 777 Heritage Grants, ranging in size from £50,000 to over £5m. Of these 777 projects, 375 are now complete.
