Wigan Council - Review of King Street Masterplan, Interim Planning Guidance and Design Code

Wigan Council is seeking to appoint a consultant to undertake a review of the King Street Masterplan and Interim Planning Guidance and to produce a new Design Code to inform future regeneration and development schemes in the area. Phase 1 of the King Street proposals saw the preparation of a Masterplan and Interim Planning Guidance for this area within Wigan town centre.
