Valuation of academy land and buildings professional technical support

The EFA is required to consolidate the accounts of academy trusts into its own. In order to ensure land and buildings are valued consistently, the EFA commissions its own depreciated replacement cost valuations of the new academies that open each year (approximately 1,000).
