Newcastle City Council are the lead Risk Management Authority for Newcastle City Centre. The proposed scope of work is to build on the 2016 Strategic Surface Water Management Plan (SSWMP) and Integrated Catchment Model (ICM) model for Newcastle city centre and develop more coherent and detailed solutions to better protect the city centre.
