Provision of PRCA Qualifications

DVLA's Strategic and External Communications team (responsible for the delivery of communications throughout the agency, and any DVLA related communications to the media) require access to the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) to obtain PRCA Professional Qualifications.
