Updating the Code of Practice on Litter and Refuse

Defra has awarded a contract to an organisation to update the 'Code of Practice on Litter and Refuse'. The Code of Practice on Litter and Refuse was last updated several years ago. It now needs refreshing in order to update references to old legislation and reflect the changed technological, economic and social environment in which Land-Managers now operate.
