Provision of a Step Up Enhanced Assessment Nursing Dementia Bed Service

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council are inviting expressions of interest for a Step Up Enhanced Assessment Nursing Dementia Beds Service in order to provide 5 beds in one nursing home which is registered with the Care Quality Commission and situated within the borough of Sandwell.
