District Heating - market engagement

Westminster City Council is developing a district heating scheme for the Church Street area of WCC. In April 2017, WCC secured £2.56m of grant monies towards the Project from the pilot phase of the Heat Networks Investment Project from the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
