Telford & Wrekin Council commission a range of Shorts Breaks activities to resident children and young people aged 5-17, with a disability, in line with the Short Breaks regulations 2011. Part of The Council's Short Breaks offer is a number of targeted activities and within this, recognises the importance of delivering a Youth Club to children and young people with a disability.
